Reduce your postage rate by using our pre-sort services. We utilize the most current software in order to accurately qualify your mailing list and reduce your postage rate. Our indicia is available for your use at no charge (provided we print the piece being mailed).

• CASS certification

A US Postal Service acronym (Coding Accuracy Support System) which loosely translated, means ZIP + 4 processing. CASS certification is the process by which your mailing list is updated with the zip+4 zip code to automate your delivery (and reduce your delivery time and postage rate).

• Postnet^® bar coding

Those little vertical lines below the address make up the Postnet® bar code. The Postnet® bar code contains all the address information needed to automate delivery (and reduce your delivery time and postage rate).

• Fulfillment

Whether you need one piece sent to an end-user, or the entire order delivered to one address, Kopytek has the ability to fulfill your order based on your requirements.

• High speed direct impression (ink jet) addressing and labeling

Direct impression printing adds a higher quality appearance to your finished piece, thereby increasing response rates. It is also less expensive than labeling when you account for the cost of labels, printing and label application.

• Tabbing

Also known as wafer sealing, all Standard Pre-Sorted mail must be tabbed closed. If the piece opens at the bottom, two tabs are required, each 1" from the edge of the mailing piece. If the piece opens at the top, only one tab is required, centered at the top. It is less expensive to single tab the top. Kopytek offers a full range of tabbing options, including single and double tabbing, as well as clear and white tabs.
