Creating an account with Kopytek is easy, and allows you to upload and manage your job files! Simply click REQUEST ACCOUNT and complete the online form. Typically, you're set to go within 5-10 minutes of your request, and will receive an email confirmation of your account. Your transfer of files to Kopytek is completely secure and encrypted, so you can communicate with confidence!

Some things to remember about our online file transfer system ...

The system makes use of pop-ups and session cookies. Many internet users - and popular browsers, by default - block pop-ups and cookies for a variety of reasons, enhanced security being one. For those who may be unfamiliar with these terms, pop-ups are the screens that "POP-UP" within a web browser while you're visiting a site. In many cases, pop-ups take the form of an advertisement. Cookies are breadcrumbs, if you will, that are left on your computer after visiting a site. They're not scary or ominous in most cases, they just help a website identify you the next time you visit it.

This high level of security, however, renders many legitimate applications powerless. But don't fear! You can choose to allow pop-ups and cookies for sites of your choice, and it's just a few easy clicks away.

To allow pop-ups, which enables the Kopytek file transfer site to function for you, perform the following clicks:

Internet Explorer Versions 6 and 7:


	Select your TOOLS menu

	Click POP-UP BLOCKER

	Click POP-UP BLOCKER SETTINGS

	In the POP-UP BLOCKER SETTINGS dialog box, you will be asked for the address of the website to allow.  Type filetransfer.kopytek.com

	Click ADD

	Click CLOSE

Mozilla Firefox:


	Select your TOOLS menu

	Click on OPTIONS

	Click CONTENT

	Click EXCEPTIONS

	The dialog box will appear, and you will be asked for the address of the website to allow.  Type filetransfer.kopytek.com

	Click ALLOW

	Click CLOSE

	Click OK

Safari

By default, Safari allows all pop-ups ... so you should be fine with default settings.
